Boxcar: Rogue Festival

Our boys are back again, and this time in a new location! In association with the Smiley Face and Frown Entertainment group, HMTC has lent it's mostly original cast from November's Boxcar show for the Fresno Rogue Festival this year! If you didn't get a chance to see the show, here's your chance now. Under the direction of JP Rapozo, Boxcar has taken a more dramatic feel as per the Rogue Festival challenges.

Each performance was allotted an hour time slot, so if you're a Boxcar fan, be prepared for this new take on the play.

Following the lives of hispanic immigrants as they attempt to cross the US border in a boxcar, one hispanic is interrogated about what happens by two Border Patrol officers. Take this journey with us and experience the livelihood of these characters.

Thank you to Smiley Face and Frown Ent for including us in your Rogue Festival performance! We are eager and can't wait for our actors to bring you a wonderful performance.

If you're in the Fresno California area, please come out and support the show! Rogue Festival allows for theaters, performers, and artists galore to perform at this event every year as a platform for many artists to grow and share their work. Buy your tickets early to the show at and don't forget to buy a wristband as well! Wristband sales go towards continuous funds for the Rogue Fest to continue putting this event on every year. As for ticket sales, that goes straight to the performers!
